Kate Garry Hudson was born on April 19, 1979, in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of actress Goldie Hawn and comedian Bill Hudson. Hudson has three siblings: Oliver Hudson, Wyatt Russell, and Emily Hudson. Her maternal grandmother is actress Rut Hawn.

Acting Career

Hudson began her acting career with guest roles in television shows such as "Party of Five" and "Dawson's Creek." She made her film debut in the 1998 comedy "Desert Blue."
