Former Liverpool goalkeeper reminisces about his time at the club

Gulacsi, currently playing for RB Leipzig, was on loan at Liverpool for a year

RB Leipzig and former Liverpool goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi has recalled his fond memories of his time at the English club. Gulacsi was signed by Liverpool on a year-long loan from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2017. He made 10 appearances for the Reds in all competitions, including two in the Premier League.

Gulacsi said in an interview with RB Leipzig's website: "I have very fond memories of my time at Liverpool. It was a great experience to play for such a big club and to work with such a world-class manager like Jurgen Klopp. I learned a lot during my time there and I'm grateful for the opportunity I was given."

Gulacsi was part of the Liverpool squad that won the Champions League in 2019. He also helped the Reds win the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup in the same year.
